These Terms govern your use of the EV Fast Charger network. By using our charging station you agree to the terms below.
Station access
Charging spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, 24 hours a day.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
Chargers are for personal electric vehicle use. Tampering with equipment is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Liability
EV Fast Charger is not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions. Refunds are issued for verified hardware issues.
